The Great Eccleshall Bake-Off is here!

Think you could be Eccleshall’s very own Star Baker? Or maybe you just fancy a soggy bottom–free evening of fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition—all while raising dough for a brilliant cause?

We’re on the lookout for 5 teams (max 2 people per team) to rise to the challenge in The Great Eccleshall Bake-Off, raising money for Eccleshall Cancer Warriors.

Where: Perrys Field to Fork Cookery School
When: Wed 24th Sept, 5–8pm (judging at 8pm sharp—no Hollywood handshake required!)
What to bake:

• 1 x 8” sponge cake (minimum)
• 1 x cupcake-sized version for our judges to taste (we promise no scrutiny from Paul & Prue, but we’ll still be tough!)

Each team will bake a different cake, so we’ll need your recipes in advance to avoid any “bake-tastrophes” and make sure all the kit is ready for you.

The Showstopper: The winning cake will be auctioned on the night—so bring your cheer squad! The other bakes will be available by donation at The Little George on Thurs 25th Sept. Grab a slice and help us prove that cake really can change lives.

The Prize: A £30 voucher to spend at The Little George for the winning team—because every baker deserves their just desserts.

Ingredients provided: Eggs, butter, sugar and flour courtesy of Perrys Field to Fork & The Little George. (If your recipe needs extras, we kindly ask you to bring them along.)

Spaces are limited—only 5 teams can whisk it for the biscuit!

All proceeds go directly to Eccleshall Cancer Warriors, funding vital cancer research and support.
