Join The Ecclian Society to help get ready for Santa! – 10.00am
Help the Christmas Elves (aka the Ecclians!) add the sparkle and the magic to Eccleshall ready for the afternoon’s switch on. Festive refreshments are provided. Meet at 72 High Street, Eccleshall.

Enjoy the Winter Wonderland display at Fletchers Garden Centre – 10.00am

Shop ’til you drop – 11.00am
Explore from Fletchers to P&M Edwards! Visit The Arcade, and peruse our beautiful High Street packed with independents, gifts, food and festive treats

Pub Scavenger Hunt Starts! – 11.00am
Start the trail at any one of the six pubs in Eccleshall and compete for prizes.

Retail Treasure Trail Starts! – 11.00am

Christmas Tree Festival open 11.00am – 5.00pm
Nip up and enjoy the historic beauty of Holy Trinity, whilst feeling like you’ve walked in to a winter wonderland. Make sure you choose your favourite!

Tooty Flooty Pop-Up Session at The Arcade – 12.00pm

Step Into the Story…A Narrated Christmas Carol of Eccleshall starting at 1.00pm & 2.30pm
Join in something truly magical — narrated walking tours around Eccleshall (lasting approx. 45-minutes) that bring Dickens’ classic tale to life right on our High Street! £8 per person or £30 for a family ticket (max. 2 adults + 2 children up to age 14). Tickets available at The Little George.

Only the Ecclian Society could manage to get Santa here in Eccleshall; they’ve got a special phone line to him, you know!

Ed Davies Warms Up, Christmas Light Switch On & Carols Around the Tree at The Little George and then the Cross Roads – from 4pm

Thanks to the Ecclian Society & the Parish Council, we get to enjoy not one but TWO beautiful trees, lit for the season. Take in the spectacle of the tree at Holy Trinity when you visit Santa, then wander down to the crossroads for carols, while enjoying BBQ bites and roasted marshmallows, mulled wine and hot chocolate. As you wander down, take in the decorative Christmas trees on the buildings that help make our High Street festive, all put up and lit on Advent Sunday thanks to the volunteers in the Ecclian Society.

Lantern Parade – 4.45pm

Walk down the High Street from Holy Trinity to the cross roads ready for the tree lighting at 5.00pm
